Life at base camp
From Plaza de Mulas you do the rotations to Canadá and Nido de Cóndores and wait for the summit weather window. The last stretch from Confluencia, the Cuesta Brava, is usually the hardest part of the approach. Mules unload here: your bag is waiting when you arrive.
The 4+1 package gives you three days of full board at Plaza de Mulas; the 7+1, six. Each extra day is USD 150.
